The Modicare/Modiway Website provides information on Modicare, the Modicare Business and Modicare products and services, and is intended only for users from and in India.
1. Password Protected Parts of the Modicare/Modiway Website
The password-protected parts of the Modicare/Modiway Website are intended exclusively for users including Modicare Advisor in India. If you do not already know a Modicare Advisor and wish to register, please use 'Find an Advisor ' under 'Join Modicare option' at www.modicare.com.
Please note: Passwords should not be given to third parties and must be protected from unauthorized access. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your password, you should notify Modicare immediately. Modicare disclaims any liability and responsibility for damage caused as a result of improper use of passwords.
2. Modicare's Privacy Statement and Policies
All personal data provided to Modicare while using the Modicare/Modiway Website will be handled in accordance with the Website Privacy Policy Notice of www.modicare.com.
All information provided to Modicare during the use of the Modicare/Modiway Website must be correct, complete, and up to date. If we have reason to believe that incorrect, incomplete or outdated information has been provided, access to the Modicare/Modiway Website may be limited or blocked.

As an exception to this rule, Modicare grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-assignable, revocable license to use Website Materials solely for the purposes of operating their Modicare Advisor business by downloading, storing, printing, copying, sharing and displaying Website Materials, provided that the Material is unaltered and the source of information is quoted in case any Website Materials are disclosed to third parties.
The right to use the password-protected parts of the Modicare/Modiway Website as a Modicare Advisor ends on termination of the Modicare Advisor Contract without the need for any further actions by Modicare. For all other users, the right to use the password-protected parts of the Modicare Website ends on termination of the contractual obligation of such user or at the discretion of Modicare. In the event of termination thereof, the user must delete or destroy all stored, printed or copied materials, unless they must be retained to comply with legal requirements.

We may link to other Third- Party websites which are not within our control. We are not responsible or liable for the information or materials made available by such third party websites. We encourage you to read the terms of use and privacy statements of all third party websites before using such websites or submitting any personal data or any other information on or through such websites.

The use of the Modicare Website and these Website Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India. The courts of New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any disputes arising from or in connection with the use of the Modicare Website or these Website Terms of Use.

Modicare/ Modiway reserves the right to modify or update these “Terms and Conditions” in accordance with changes in applicable Information Technology (IT) laws, regulations, or any other relevant legal requirements in India. Any such changes will be reflected on this page, and it is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. Continued use of the website after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Ownership of Personal Data
Modicare retains exclusive ownership of all data collected from customers, visitors, or any individuals accessing this website of www.modiway.com/www.modicare.com. Which may be used for business requirement/ surveys/ audit or for any other statutory requirement.
Additionally, Modicare stores data related to its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, and any other entities that have granted Modicare to operate and the rights to sell their products.
