We observe Love It Guarantee on our products, wherever specified. This assures that consumers of Company’s Products will be satisfied with their purchases.
According to this,
i. If a Customer is not completely satisfied, he/she may return the product to the Advisor for a 100% refund for the product within 7 days of original purchase.
ii. An Advisor can return such products back to Modicare within 30 days of its purchase. The Product Refund Policy is applicable on saleable products as well as partially used products, where not more than 25% of the product has been used.
iii. An Advisor shall guide his/her Customers on the mechanism to lodge a complaint with Modicare in accordance with Love It Guarantee.
By setting these expectations and parameters, we eliminate the frustrations associated with the returns. Our foolproof, product refund policy guarantees you are never at a loss and always remain satisfied by the engagement experience. Others just say it, we actually do it and treat your investments as our own.
For us, you are an integral part of the lifecycle and we treat each grievance with utmost care. We therefore observe a Love It Guarantee program on our products and include the following under the same.
We want to safeguard your position as a Direct Seller and ensure you give viable options to the Customer under the Love It Guarantee to honour his/her request. As an Advisor, you can offer the following:
• 100% refund of the purchase price paid
• Easy exchange with the same or another product of the same value
Advisor shall advise Advisor of any customer complaint and provide copies of all correspondence and details of all conversations regarding the complaint within 24 hours of receiving the Complaint from the Customer. Advisors are not authorized to make any type of offer or compromise or render Modicare liable for any complaint or product return.
**Please note that Modicare will not accept the return of the products without relevant Customer Order Receipt, Product Return Form, and the related invoice.
This policy does not apply to products that have been intentionally damaged or misused.
Advisors are required to indemnify Modicare for any claim, legal actions, suit, etc. (including Modicare legal fees) which are filed, or which originate because of any failure by the Advisors to observe this rule.

All returns are subject to volume points/bonus adjustment (if applicable). For adjustments after return/refund, please refer to the clause no. 10 of the Code of Ethics.
1. Product Return Procedure : Modicare will accept return of products along with relevant Customer Order Receipt, Product Return Form and related invoice within 30 days of its purchase. In case Advisor returns product under Love It Guarantee, he/she will have the option to take Credit note (through which the Advisor can buy same or another product of the same value) or Cash. If amount of refund in lieu of product returned is upto Rs. 1,000/-, cash will be issued immediately by Modicare Centre. However, if amount exceeds Rs. 1,000/-, Advisor will be issued amount in his registered bank account.
2. Product Return - Other guidelines/notes : This policy will apply on offer invoices as well as free product received under offer as follows -
2.1 Advisor returning products purchased under offer may take replacement of invoiced products or offer products with same or any other product/s of same value provided offer conditions are not affected otherwise Advisor will seize to get the benefit under the offer.
3. Product Return Conditions
3.1 The Advisor must return the product(s) to any Modicare Centre.
3.2 Period of return for products is calculated as the number of days from the Invoice Date to the date of receipt at the Modicare centre.
3.3The product will be considered as ‘Saleable’ or ‘unsaleable’ depending on the condition of the returned stock as assessed by the Returns executive at the Modicare Centre.
3.4 The Love It Guarantee does not apply to open packs of literature and videos or other sales aids.
3.5 Total returns cannot exceed the quantity appearing on the Invoice.
3.6 If products are returned by customers directly to Modicare, CV adjustment shall be done from the Advisor’s account & any excess amount paid shall either be deducted or recovered from the Advisor.
3.7 Taxes means all taxes levied on Sales in India.
3.8 Saleable refers to products that are unopened and sealed and are in “Good to sell” condition.
3.9 Unsaleable are products which have been partially used (upto 25%). However, the condition for partial usage of the product doesn’t apply in case of electronic products, accessories or any other product as decided by Modicare from time to time, as also detailed below. For the sake of clarification, the return against these products can only be accepted if they are in Saleable condition, subject to the verification by Modicare.
3.10 Exchange of product in case of it being defective.
3.11 In case an Advisor / Customer found any product being defective, he/ she shall bring it to the nearest Modicare Centre and get it replaced with the same product.
4. Refund Alternatives
Company in its discretion may determine the acceptable refund alternatives for product returns, including but not limited to the following: Modicare Product Credit, or bank transfer. The actual form of refund will be based upon payment procedures in the Local Market and the original form of payment. Refunds will only be paid to the original payor.
The Love it Guarantee is common for all products other than the products and warranties which are specified herein below:-

For the above products, we will not accept return, refund unless there is any quality issue.
Our weight management products are scientifically developed and show best results when consumed as per the recommended regime alongwith balanced (calorie restricted) diet, water intake and physical exercise. The results may vary from person to person and basis consumption, schedule, diet, water intake and physical exercise. The Products can’t be returned for varied or no results.
For any Medical Condition/s, please take the advice of your dietician, physician, or healthcare professional before consumption.

Modicare is proud of the quality and workmanship in its products and hope that you do not experience any problems.
Please note that the Guarantee covers faulty workmanship only. Any manufacturing or workmanship defect/s found within 7 days from the date of purchase shall be covered under this Guarantee is for all products except the Vacuum Seal Electric pump (Pump). The Pump shall have a 3 months warranty period from the date of its purchase.

Soul Chef products are warranted by Modicare Limited (“Modicare”) to the original owner, to be free of manufacturing defects and to perform under normal domestic conditions when used in accordance with the care instructions for the time of the product.
Other Term & Conditions:
Only products purchased through an Authorised Advisor are covered by this warranty.
1. Modicare at its sole discretion shall determine whether to repair or replace a product or any part thereof.
2. Our warrantees do not cover normal wear and tear through use, or the misuse, abuse or alteration of products including but not limited to damage caused due to burning, blistering, impact damage, scratching, melting, staining, knocking/hitting by hard objects/surfaces, breakage due to mishandling or accidental drop on the floor, excessive heating/cooling, insect/pest damage, poor maintenance, non-adherence to care instructions, rusting, discoloration of steel, blunting of blades and sharp edges due to use, mishandling, improper use, storage and/or cleaning of products.
3. Modicare requires that the part or product being claimed (“claimed product”) under warranty should be sent to a Modicare Centre for review. The claimed product can be returned by handing it over to the Authorised Modicare Representative. Once the product is received by Modicare, we will review your claim and you will receive notification of your claim’s outcome. We reserve the right to charge shipping cost and request that all claimed products returned are clean and dry.
4. All manufacturing defects to be covered under this Guarantee shall have to be notified to Modicare within 24-48 hours from the time of purchase of the said Soul Chef Products.
Amoli Warranty
This warranty does not cover any damage caused by accident, misuse, ordinary wear and tear (includes scratches on steel/gold polish/plating etc.)
We offer Full Money Back Guarantee within 30 days from the date of invoice. For Full Money Back Guarantee, the jewellery should be unused, undamaged and in saleable condition with original tags & packaging. Repair in case of manufacturing defects will be done only within 90 days from the date of invoice. The defective jewellery has to be presented physically along with the original invoice at the time of repair, within 90 days at concerned MSC.
Repairs will take 40 days from the date of submission of the defective jewellery subject to the availability of stocks and other essentials required in carrying out the job.
The packing (jewellery box) will not be the part of the repair policy.
Modicare Cuckoo Air Purifier warranty.
Cuckoo Air Purifier comes with 1+2 years extended onsite warranty from the date of invoice.
Air filter and plastic parts are not covered under the warranty.
Warranty involves repairing of defective product/parts and does not entitle purchaser for the replacement of complete product. The company or its authorized service centers reserve the right to retain any part or parts, or components replaced at its discretion in the event of a defect noticed in the equipment during the warranty period.
In the event of repairs/replacement of any part/parts of the unit, this warranty will thereafter continue and will remain in force only for the unexpired period of the warranty. Moreover, the time taken for the repairs/replacement and in transit whether under the warranty or otherwise shall not be excluded from the warranty period
Any change of address shall be intimated to the company for continuation of the warranty, failure to do so will absolve the company of the obligation under this warranty. Charges for installation, uninstallation, inspection, and reinstallation of the product are not covered under the warranty and will be borne by the purchaser
The warranty will automatically be terminated on the date of expiry of the warranty period
The cleaning of filter, if applicable in the product, is not covered under the warranty and in the event of filter cleaning and need for subsequent replacement of filter, the charges will be borne by the purchaser.
Filter Maintenance and Replacement Suggestions: Remove the plastic pouch of HEPA filter at the time of installation. The filter life fully depends on the nature of indoor environment and duration of usage. It should never be washed. The darkening of the filter layers is normal due to dust, smoke etc. getting trapped in them.
At times, it may produce some odour and needs to be exposed to bright sunlight for 3 to 4 hours at least once in 30 days. If you feel even after cleaning the outflow of air has dropped by 50% or more then it is time to replace the filter.
In case a visit to claim the warranty has been scheduled, the Customer shall ensure that some one (major) is available at the premises for onsite visit and the product is also available.
In case the customer reschedules the visit at the last minute, it shall be Company’s prerogative to either reschedule or cancel the visit.
In case of the Customer reschedules the onsite visit more than one time during the term of the warranty, the Company shall be entitled to cancel the onsite warranty on the product and the Customer shall have to visit the authorized centres for the same.
Any replacements or repair of the product/part, not covered in the warranty shall be charged by the Company.
THIS WARRANTY IS NOT APPLICABLE IN ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CASES:
1. If product is purchased through any mode other than through active Modicare Consultants/Advisor.
2. If the warranty card and/or the invoice is not presented to the authorized personnel at the time of repair.
3. Defects caused by improper use as determined by the company's technician.
4. Modification or alteration of any nature is made in the electrical circuitry.
5. Any prior work is carried out by persons/agency other than authorized by the company.
6. The original serial number is removed, obliterated, missing or altered from the machine.
7. Defects caused due to causes such as lightning, abnormal voltage, acts of God or while in transit to Service Center or purchaser's residence.
8. Any damage caused due to fire, flood, accident, corrosion, abuse, physical damage or misuse.
9. The extended warranty offer is valid on purchases made from Modicare Limited.
10. The extended warranty offer will cover the equipment /models in case of any electrical & component failure (excluding consumables & physical damage).
11. If at the time of visit of the technician, nobody is available at the premises where visit has been scheduled or if the product is not available.
Cuckoo Appliances Private Limited ('Cuckoo') either by itself or through any of its Authorized Cuckoo Service Centers, agrees to provide these maintenance services:
• Corrective and remedial maintenance as decided from time to time by Cuckoo.
• Services to rectify the malfunctioning of the equipment as and when required.
• Electronics and electrical parts covered within Extended Warranty period.
The Customer needs to get the filter changed of their Air purifier only with genuine Cuckoo spare parts/accessories and only through the authorized partners / representatives of Cuckoo. Any damage caused to the product, its outer or internal body due to any act of the user by force or deliberate damage or by falling of the machine by the consumer, will not be covered by this warranty in any case.
In case of servicing at Customer's place, the servicing can be done on all working days during normal working hours of Cuckoo's Service Center. The Customer shall provide reasonable facilities which may be required for carrying out the servicing without any hindrance whatsoever. Consumable items are subject to normal wear and tear and are not covered by this Extended Warranty.
The product's plastic body is not covered under this warranty and hence, it must be handled with good care to guard against breakage.
During the term of this warranty the Customer shall not directly or indirectly open, alter, tamper with the equipment or in any way commit any act which would result in changing the internal operation of the equipment or entrust the servicing of the equipment to any unauthorized personnel as breach of any of these conditions of the warranty will be treated as expired.
The Customer will have no claim against Cuckoo or Modicare under or pursuant to this Warranty in respect of death or injury to the Customer or any other person or loss or damage to any property caused by or due to equipment failure, breakdown, fire, accident or operation/utilization of the goods otherwise than in accordance with the User Guide or by or due to the own negligence of the Customer or by or due to any other cause or circumstances beyond the control of Cuckoo or Modicare.
Cuckoo and Modicare shall not be liable for damage caused by service performed by anyone who is neither the manufacturer of Cuckoo nor a representative of Modicare.
Cuckoo and Modicare shall not be liable for the product or any part thereof if that has been modified without the prior permission of Cuckoo and/ or Modicare.
Cuckoo and Modicare shall not be liable for the product not accompanied by the Sales Invoice. Except as provided in this warranty and to the maximum extent permitted by law, Cuckoo and Modicare is not responsible for any direct, special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or condition or under any other applicable law.
Modicare Cuckoo Premium Alkaline Pitcher Warranty
Modicare Limited Warranties Modicare Cuckoo Alkaline Pitcher’s electronic cartridge replacement indicator for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase, subject to exceptions listed below:
• The warranty will automatically be terminated on the date of expiry of the warranty period.
• The warranty offer is valid on purchases made from Modicare or Advisors.
• Warranty involves repairing of defective product/parts and does not entitle purchaser for the replacement of complete product.
• All consumable items are subject to normal wear and tear and are not covered by this Warranty. The product's plastic body is not covered under this warranty and hence, it must be handled with good care to guard against breakage.
• Warranty card & invoice copy is necessary to claim warranty.
Warranty does not cover the following:
• Damage caused due to mishandling or natural calamities or not following the user manual.
• Damage caused due to product being opened/disassembled/repaired/serviced at an unauthorized service outlet.
• Normal wear to surface, finishes or due to climatic conditions.
• Any consequential damage or loss.
• Damage due to exposure to chemicals and solvents
• Damage due to scratches, mishandling or misuse of the product
CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY:
• This warranty will be void if the unit is not operated under normal conditions as per the instructions given in the user manual or is subjected to the temperature above 38°C.
• During the term of this warranty the Customer shall not directly or indirectly open, alter, tamper with the equipment or in any way commit any act which would result in changing the internal operation of the equipment or entrust the servicing of the equipment to any unauthorized personnel as breach of any of these conditions of the warranty will be treated as expired.
• The Customer will have no claim against Modicare under or pursuant to this Warranty in respect of death or injury to the Customer or any other person or loss or damage to any property caused by or due to equipment failure, breakdown, fire, accident or operation/utilization of the goods otherwise than in accordance with the User Guide or by or due to the own negligence of the Customer or by or due to any other cause or circumstances beyond the control of Modicare.
• Modicare shall not be liable for the product or any part thereof if that has been modified without the prior permission of Modicare.
• Except as provided in this warranty and to the maximum extent permitted by law, Modicare is not responsible for any direct, special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or condition or under any other applicable law.
• All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts situated at New Delhi.
SM Watches Warranty
This warranty does not cover the following:
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by mishandling, including damage to the mineral glass or Acrylic crystal and strap or bracelet.
• Damage caused by the watch being opened/disassembled/repaired/formatted/ serviced at an un-authorized service outlet.
• Damage due to water entry as watch is not "Waterproof".
• Plating damage due to exposure to chemical solvents, commercial cleaners, detergents, adhesives, cosmetic sprays etc.
• Plating wear-off on the underside of the metal bracelet.
• Plating damage arising from any misuse or abuse of watch such as scratches, dents or any other physical damage.
• Any consequential damage or loss arising on account of the aforesaid.
• The packaging (watch box) will not be the part of the repair policy.
• Repair in case of manufacturing defects will be done only within 365 days from the date of invoice.
• The repair will be undertaken provided the defective watch is presented to the authorized repair centres accompanied by relevant invoice as a proof of date of purchase/Invoice.
Advisor Uniform Policy
Advisor Uniform is not included in the Monthly Loyalty Program. No refund/return is allowed will be done on Uniform. Size exchange for Uniform will be done only from Modicare Success Centres within 30 days from the date of invoice. In case of size exchange, the uniform should be unused, unwashed, undamaged and in saleable condition with original tags, buttons & packaging.
Modicare Merchandise
Modicare Merchandise ( T-Shirts, Cap, Waterman Pen) are not covered under Love It Guarantee, there will be No refund on Modicare Merchandise. Size exchange for T-Shirt will be done only from Modicare Success Centres within 30 days from the date of invoice. In case of size exchange, the T-Shirt should be unused, unwashed, undamaged and in saleable condition with original tags, buttons & packaging.
